THAILAND ; Hua Hin


Nestled on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, Hua Hin Island has some eye-pleasing coastal beauty. Like all places, beaches take the centrestage on every tour to the island. Along with natural beauty, Hua Hin also comes forth with exciting activities and rollicking nightlife. Rejuvenating sea breeze makes any tour to Huahin soothing for the visitors. Thanks to its ever-pleasant weather, Hua Hin can be toured any time of the year.


Beaches
The island has some beaches which are just incomparable, giving experience one would never forget. Strolling on windy Hua Hin beaches under billowing white clouds is something which never gets erased from memories. You could pass some productive time reading a book on the beach. Just rent a beach lounger or beach umbrella and soak in the mesmerizing beauty under its shade. At Khao Takiab, you could get some elegant temples and an opportunity to feed the simians. Many beaches are close to the town, so it would not be a problem getting to them.

Activities
Like several Thai islands, you can enjoy water sports like snorkeling, jet skiing, para-sailing, banana boat, speed scooter, and jet-skiing. On the beach itself, you could go for horse-riding or elephant-riding. All necessary accoutrements are made available by the tour operators. If you are traveling on yourself, you could rent these from any of the shops near the beaches.

Golf
Any golfer in Hua Hin would like to visit Royal Hua Hin Golf Course which offers tempting tee shots for the adventurous amidst forest surroundings, as well as views over the gulf of Thailand. Imperial Lake View is a 27 hole golf course, offering luxury romantic weekend. Majestic Creek is another 27 hole golf course that has all sorts of accouterments for the golfers.

Sightseeing
Several temples and palaces from a distant time gone by are located in Hua Hin. Chopsticks Hill has many temples always surrounded by simians. One can have good look of the sea from the hill. Turtle Hill is also a nice place to go. Old Royal Palace is a place few tourists miss while on sightseeing tour of Hua Hin. You would also like some other historical structures in the town.
